Revival Promises to plead with
I am sorry that this seems very rough at the moment. I have just been adding to this as and when without taking much care over editing. If you have any suggestions for additions please get back to me on revival@jnsn.go-plus.net
This list began ever since listening to Rev. Richard Owen Roberts when he stated something to the effect that (my memory is pathetic!) that if anyone doubted whether God intended to or wanted to bring revival or was it... if anyone doubted whether Christians are to pray for revival... they should go look in God's Word.

Gen 32:12 And thou saidst, I will surely do thee good, and make thy seed as the sand of the sea, which cannot be numbered for multitude.
Ps 22:27 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD
Ps 84:11 No good thing will he withold from them that walk uprightly
Ps 145: 18-19 The LORD nigh all that call upon him in truth; fulfilling the desire of them that fear him.
Ps 146 About the Lord doing wonders of lovingkindness & righteousness
Is 30:18-26 'And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.' Also the verses that follow until v26.
Is 32:14-18 '... the spirit be poured upon us from on high...' read the surrounding verses carefully.
Is 44:3 I will pour water upon him that is thirsty... (cf. Jn 7:37-39)
Is 54:5 The God of the whole earth shall he be called: v11-12 building us with fine stones
Is 55: 6-13 the Word not returning void but accomplishing its purpose (what else but the salvation of souls?)

Ezek 34:26 There shall be showers of blessing. Ch 36 too and the water at the end of Ch 46
Hos 2:14-23 especially v 21-23 betrothing and blessing and hearing, obtaining mercy.
Hos 6:1-3 Come, and let us return unto the LORD
Hos 10:12 Upon condition of sowing well, breaking up fallow ground, God promises reaping in mercy and ere long to rain righteousness upon us.
Hos 11:9-11 Promises not to destroy but have mercy and send them swiftly to their houses.
Hos 14:4 I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him.
Joel 2:13, 18-end '...rend your heart not your garments... who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him... the former and the latter rain in the first month and the floors shall be full of wheat... and I will restore unto you the years that the locusts have eaten
Amos 5:8-9  [8] Seek him that maketh the seven stars and Orion, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night: that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name: [9] That strengtheneth the spoiled against the strong, so that the spoiled shall come against the fortress.

Hab 2:14 the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea

Micah 5:4 And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth.
Pray that the Lord would be great unto the ends of the earth.
Micah 7:18-19  [18] Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy.
[19] He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
